Welcome to our portfolio. We do inexpensive small business web design and our clients love us. When we create a web site for our clients, we follow a special process to make effective web sites that make our clients money and drive real world traffic through their front door!



First, we start by generating a keyword list of 500 - 1000 keywords. These keywords aren't just a bunch of words we think people are using to find our clients online. We access Google's database and find what people are actually searching for online.

Then we take those keywords and filter out the top 100 words and phrases based on demand and profitability and those words are the basis for what pages we decide to create. So really, the keywords, or our potential visitors decide the layout of the site and what information is going to be on the pages.

Our inexpensive small business web design focuses on great content, so the pages are professionally copywritten. The keywords we generate are used "just so," and and the copy is fun to read and lively.

We create a 20-page, keyword-focused, content-based web site. The search engines love content and the more content you have online, the more the search engines love you and the human visitors think you are an expert in your industry. We create a win-win-win with great content online.

This site was created for a local Alpaca rancher. He and his wife raise alpacas and sell alpaca fiber products on their web site. We don't really create e-commerce sites, but we showed him how to create e-commerce buttons using PayPal, and the "monthly Specials" page on this site has been turned into a virtual alpaca store. These last two sites have started a trend that we are happy to see. Site owners getting involved in their sites. We create the first 20 pages. They are keyword optimised and act as a big net, cast out to sea to gather the people who are using the search engines to find what they want. The site owners use that net and customize it and create something that is uniquely theirs. That is the way to run a successful web site.

This site was created for a local furniture retailer. He shows furniture in his warehouse by appointment only and wanted the web site to show the merchandise he has in his warehouse.

His traffic grew normally for the first two months. Then it literally exploded. Our client had started advertising on a certain free advertising web site and began driving traffic like crazy! I had to know what he was doing and did a telephone interview with him. You can listen to it here.

We also put a "Monthly Specials" page where the owner posts recent acquisitions and special discounts. Ho posts large photos of merchandise along with information and prices. He maintains this page himself. This page is the second most visited page on the site. It works because he has been selling more furniture than before and in only the 4th month with a web site, he says that the web site visitors account for 33% of his profit!

This site was created for a local aesthetics clinic. They offer treatments like liposuction, face peels, laser hair removal, skin rejuvination treatments and products.

They already had a beautiful flash animated site. You can see it at:

The only problem with a Flash animated site is the search engines can not see the content of the site. It is a movie and the search engines see the movie title, not the content. We explained this to them and they decided to use our web design skills to create a "net" to cast out and capture everyone searching for their services on line and direct their current clients to the other site.

This site was created for a member of YTB Travel, an MLM company. They use the same engine that Travelocity uses, so it is actually a pretty high powered travel booking engine.

Our client wanted to set herself apart from all the other YTB travel agents, so she decided to have us create a site for her.

Together we decided to focus on a smaller niche and came up with West Coast Cruises. "Travel" is way too big, and even "cruises" is too big, so we decided to just discuss cruises that go to Alaska and Mexico and the cruise lines that serve those areas. For this client, we also created an AdWords campaign to drive traffic to the site.

This site is not one of our content-based, keyword-focused sites. this is what is called a lead generation page or a "squeeze" page. this is where you tell your story and give people an opportunity to sign up to learn more about your offer.

A squeeze page is critical to developing a mailing list of people interested in your product or service.

This is a pet project of mine. I have always wanted to learn to cook better tasting food using herbs and spices. So, I started calling chefs around the country and we are almost ready to launch a home-study course to teach people about how to use herbs and spices in their cooking. It is pretty fun. This site deals with hardwood flooring and our plan is to have dealers, installers and manufacturers advertise on the site as a service to all of the people who are looking for hardwood floor information.

This is a way we are providing inexpensive small business web design services to create a "portal" or "directory" site that merchants can advertise on for a fraction of the cost of having their own dedicated site.

This site is for a client of ours that sells hemophilia factor. That is the protein that helps people with hemophilia to have blod clots. He is passionate about his cause and donates a large portion of his sales to helping discover a cure for hemophilia.

He is in an even smaller niche that our powder coating client and traffic is slower, but when we created the site we figured we only needed 400 people a year to find the site and order factor anyway, so it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.

3 months in and this client is getting contacts from the "contact us" form.

NOTE: Recently, this site was sold by the owner when he sold his business. The new owner moved the site to his own servers. They lost all the formatting we set up, so you can go look at it, but it isn't a good representation of our work.

This site was created for a powder coater in Redlands, California. He is in a very niche business - a good thing when you want to show up high in the search engines.

We created a custom art head and content for the site using keywords about powdercoating. Within 6 weeks, he was showing up on the first page of Google. Now he is being found for 106 of his keywords. More than half of them on the first page of Google and more than half of those in the #1 position! Try a search for "bicycle powder coating, redlands" and see what I mean.

Mike, the owner of Five Star Coatings, had a gentleman call and asked if Mike powder coated bicycles because he had a few bikes to do. Thinking there were just a few, Mike asked how many and the gentleman replied, "ninety bicycle frames." This was another customer that found Mike through his web site and he is very happy with the results our inexpensive small business web design is bringing him.
